Account Manager
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the Japan Team and help fuel the next phase of company growth! The Account Management Team collaborates cross functionally with the Operations, Sales, Marketing, and even gaining valuable exposure to our Executive team. While focusing on media planning & building client relationships, projects may include analyzing weekly delivery reports, working with operations on optimizing campaign performance, researching prospective partners sites and networks, helping with pre and post meeting support to the Sales team and much more!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Development of strategic media plans for advertisers based on a deep understanding of the firm’s product offering, advertiser key performance indicators and digital media landscape
- Manage day-to-day media plan development, workflow and strategy updates under supervisor guidance
- Meet & exceed client goals and expectations via strategized proposals, and maximizing the efficiency of client dollars while delivering best-in-class performance
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure campaign’s success with optimal performance
- Transform campaign data into actionable insights and client-facing recommendations
- Build new relationships & lead presale client communication
- Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or communications is a plus)
- Hyper-organized, naturally communicative, and passionate about their work
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication to analyze data and express ideas & information clearly and concisely
- Fluency in Japanese & English is a must
