Responsibilities

• Business and Financial Planning
• Facilitate process of mid-term, single year, and quarterly business and financial planning
• Play a pivotal role in group-wide financial planning which includes building and running robust financial models.
• Lead OKR setting and monitoring process on a company-wide basis
• Design management accounting and develop required business operation
• Business Monitoring
• Understand and analyze business and financial performance of entire group and each business (including some subsidiaries)
• Design and operate company-wide dashboard to monitor key business and financial metrics
• Create reports and give feedbacks to relevant members
• Management Cycle execution
• Design and operate our company-wide management cycle including board meetings, monthly executive meetings, various monitoring meetings, and various budgeting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role within a corporate planning or business finance or commercial function that requires financial modeling experience
• Experience in process improvement, and project management experience
• Business-level Japanese and English skills
• Logical thinking skills, problem solving skills, Microsoft Excel skills, effective networking, influencing, and communication skills
• Capability to work under diverse and inclusive culture, global working environment, and high-growth and chaotic working environment
