Few roles open in the digital team:

1) Lead Ecommerce Stores - Japanese fluent required

Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, the Digital Lead for Ecommerce Stores is responsible for leading, planning, sales forecasting, tracking and executing on all Digital Owned Media Ecommerce and eTail partnership activities to lead EC Online initiatives.

This includes commercial and consumer experience for ecommerce, our brand and corporate websites, Loyalty web site, Mobile Sites, Digital Experience in Stores, Owned Social Media, Chat, Voice and Digital Ecommerce experience in owned channels and in 3rd party platforms.

Constantly looking at ways to improve our Ecommerce experience and sales volumes by encouraging more visitors to find, explore, experience and buy.

Responsibilities:

A strong strategic-thinking leader who can develop, manage, enhance, and deliver consumer-centric ecommerce initiatives for all digital owned media channels and 3rd Party eTail experiences, including but not limited to web, mobile, ecommerce, LINE, SEO, owned social, digital-in-store, which constitute all our digital destinations and capabilities.

Own the ecommerce shop and related numbers (Forecast, Sales, Financial figures) to drive, inspire and deliver enhanced sales volume through consideration of our products, services, and mission by the effective delivery of ecommerce strategy, content and online experiences in Digital Owned Media.

Work experience:

  • An experienced Digital expert with 3 years or more experience in a Digital Ecommerce environment or similar role.
  • Experience planning and implementing successful Ecommerce strategy, working with Data Analytics and reporting tools to communicate forecasts and actual sales volume.
  • Understanding of stock management and supply chain logistics, working with 3rd party suppliers and finance teams. Background in Start-up, Agency or larger scale Corporation.

2) Manager Digital Loyalty Engagement - Japanese fluent required

Reporting to the Head of Digital Loyalty, the digital content manager is responsible for ensuring a clear visibility and organization of the digital content to be implemented in the different channel: direct relationship and social media.

Responsible to define the calendar, priority and type of content to be provided by Marketing to achieve a world class customer experience and increase purchase frequency in our eCommerce website and in-store

Accountabilities:

  • Plan and manage communication planning and the asset library to allow dynamic and personalized messages to our IQOS DB members and user group throughout the different channels available including but not limited to social media, direct mail, line direct messages.

    Work with Marketing and Consumer programs teams to develop the best digital loyalty experience by proposing innovative and adapted journey to the consumer

  • Build, manage and enhance processes and procedures to be used by the content team with internal and external contacts and related to content activities ensuring accurate and timely implementation. Build and maintain close relationships with other marketing, commercial and operational functions accuracy in the planning and the delivery of digital promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A proven background in community management and social media listening - gained within an agency or client side. Previously worked in a digital department, managed and been responsible for a digital relationships for global corporate clients, delivering at least 50% Digital.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience delivering digital implementation and innovation in Digital Earned Media, including Data / Insight, Retention, Advocacy, Referral. A strategic and implementation knowledge of digital earned media channels. Must able able to demonstrate delivering projects in some of these areas. Knowledge of community management tools (e.g. Sprinklr) and listening solutions (e.g. Brandwatch) is vital.

3) Lead Digital Media Partnerships and Data - Japanese native required

Reporting to the Manager of Digital Media Partnerships, the lead Media Partnerships and Data is responsible for building and maintaining successful commercial relationships with our digital media and data partners, including agencies and publishers, acting as a key point of contact with partners on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building, managing, and sustaining strong relationships with partners of all levels across media and data platforms. This includes championing new projects; building the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning, taking positive steps to identify, extend network, and cultivate connections for the fulfilment and implementation of partnership activities; creating synergy by working with partners on tactics, asset delivery, execution of marketing materials, and resolving issues, as well as engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital activations.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Business Japanese & English
  • Proven 3 years or more of experience in a Partnership Account Executive, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager role in a digital media agency or digital team on client side.
  • Expertise in digital paid media advertising, with understanding of digital media planning and buying, including technical aspects, experience in all steps of the media planning process
  • Strategic experience of digital paid media channels. Ability to work and enhance our overall digital paid approach, in partnership with Digital Media Agencies.
