Responsibilities:

• Financial due diligence (Sell side / Buy side)
• Deal structuring support
• Drafting contracts and contract negotiations support
• Post Merger Integration support
• Enterprise financial analysis in the context of a M&A using finance & accounting expertise.
• Advising clients using financial data to guide them in their decisions.
• Working in collaboration with overseas offices.

Requirements and qualifications:

• JCPA or USCPA or Chartered Accountant qualification
• More than 1-year of Auditor experience (especially experience with corporate client in general corporate industry sector).
• M&A execution / financial due diligence experience is preferred but not a must.
• Experienced in financial corporate planning in a multinational company
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with client companies.
• Standard knowledge of accounting and finance must be kept up-to-date
• Fluent level of Japanese and business level English
