Responsibilities

• Front-end development and operation of web applications using PWA.
• Continuous improvement of community services to deliver the best experience to customers.
• Promoting development in collaboration with stakeholders from other professions.
• You may also be involved in the development of various solutions that utilize blockchain, such as DID (decentralized ID) and NFT.
• Able tocontribute to the company while collaborating with members other than engineers.

Development Environment

• Language: TypeScript / Go
• Framework: React / Next.js / Tailwind / GraphQL
• Infrastructure: Google Cloud / Vercel
• Database: Google Spanner / FirebaseReact, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind, Go, Firebase, GCP, PWA, Solidity, Vercel..

Qualifications: Must-Have

• Resident in Japan + valid work visa.
• Native/Fluent Japanese & conversational English.
• Expertise working with TypeScript and React .
• 3 years+ experience developing and operating web applications.
• Team lead experience. Able to develop junior team members.

Qualifications: Desirable

• Experience in technology selection.
• Ability to promote development while making suggestions regarding specifications and design.
• Experience in design and implementation with a strong focus on user experience / UI.
• Experience in implementation from web front-end to back-end.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile.
• Deep knowledge of OSS and technical communities.
• Development experience using blockchain technologies.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Enthusiasm to challenge yourself.
