Kohei began his career at a forwarding company in operations and later gained strong experience in talent sourcing within the expert network industry, where he successfully sourced professionals from various fields.

Currently, Kohei serves as an Associate in VantagePoint's APAC Front Office Financial Services team, specializing in talent sourcing and market research.

He obtained his degree from Aoyama Gakuin University in 2020 and possesses a passion for traveling and wine appreciation.
