Konatsu graduated from Meiji Gakuin University in 2016; she then started her career in the medical device industry which led to her current passion for life sciences. Since then Konatsu has experience as a 360 recruiter in a major Japanese recruitment firm and is now a Research Principal for VantagePoint’s Healthcare practice where she mainly focuses on generating candidate introductions, market research, and mapping.
