Reponsible for:

• Budgeting and financial planning
• Responsible for the P&L of Japan and Korea
• Business Operations and Processes: Lead & support implementation of financial systems and internal controls program.
• Financial Reporting & Business Analytics
• Financial Governance: Maintains governance & control around financial operation processes
• Control & Compliance: Ensures that all risks are comprehensively, clearly structured & documented
• Supply Chain and Purchasing Management: Warehouse Management Project(s), Ensures that logistics processes are run in compliance with all prevailing rules & regulations
• Manage strong relationship with peers in the region and develop strong connections with HQ
• Manage the relationship with external business partners
• Manage the team of local Finance & Operations

Competencies:

• Experience in dealing with external auditor in profit tax filing etc.
• Good analytical skills with attention to details.
• Enjoy working in multinational environment
• Mature, reliable, hands on, proactive, good team player
• Passionate and willing to take on any ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant
• At least 10 years’ working experience of which at least 5 years’ experience in people management
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & Japanese
• Excellent at Microsoft Excel
• Solid experience in SAP and auditing & accounting in commercial environment
