Looking for a Head of Finance who can also act as a Strategic Business Partner to the Managing Director of Japan and to the Global Finance Director.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Japan P&L
• Business & Finance reporting
• In charge of maintaining governance & control for financial operation processes
• Ensuring that control & compliance rules are respected
• Business Analytics
• Forecasting and Analytics related to business expansion
• Manage a small team
• Building strong relationships with regional and global peers
• Managing relationships with external business partners

Requirements

• CPA is a plus
• At least 10 years’ of working experience in finance and accounting
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Experience using SAP is a plus
• Experience in Retail, Fashion or Consumer industries are a plus
• Good analytical skills with attention to details
• Experience working in international environment and dealing with global stakeholders
• Team player and agile mindset
