Job description:

• Build new processes to standardize operations across the region
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure optimal delivery
• Drive analysis of large quantities of data to make informed decisions
• Identify and solve operational inefficiencies and implement creative solutions
• Present models and findings to senior management
• Build relationships with relevant stakeholders in Japan and Global
• Manage a team of operations specialists
• Coach the team to achieve their targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in a high growth startup or consulting firm
• First class people manager with experience managing staff of varying seniorities
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Exceptional analytics & Excel skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Highly motivated self starter with results-driven mentality
• BA / BS from a top university
