Japan Head of Operations
Job description:
- Build new processes to standardize operations across the region
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure optimal delivery
- Drive analysis of large quantities of data to make informed decisions
- Identify and solve operational inefficiencies and implement creative solutions
- Present models and findings to senior management
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders in Japan and Global
- Manage a team of operations specialists
- Coach the team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in a high growth startup or consulting firm
- First class people manager with experience managing staff of varying seniorities
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- Exceptional analytics & Excel skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Highly motivated self starter with results-driven mentality
- BA / BS from a top university
