The job will entail drafting, negotiating, analyzing, and reviewing a wide range of contracts, working together with internal partners and outside clients.

Preparing and negotiating commercial and technology related agreements which could include:

• Manufacturing and supply agreements
• R&D and collaborative agreements
• Professional services agreements
• IP and software licenses
• Distribution and marketing agreements
• NDAs
• Reviewing and managing reports from outside counsels and third party services

You will structure and negotiate agreements and provide sophisticated, business-oriented advice on the legal and commercial issues that arise in complex technology and IP-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, software and information technology licensing and procurement, patent licensing and monetization, outsourcing arrangements, and development, collaboration, joint-venture, and distribution deals.
