Renewable Energy company is looking for an Investment Associate to grow their portfolio in Japan and APAC region.

The person will be focusing on screening potential investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments, and managing assets.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal of potential investment opportunities in Japan and APAC region
• Building and updating financial models
• Providing valuation analysis and recommendations
• Driving due diligence and acquisition processes for new investments
• Supporting future project and debt financing activities

Requirements

• Strong financial skills including cash flow modeling
• 2 to 6 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Financial Advisory or Private Equity
• Native Japanese speaker with business proficiency in English
