Benjamin is a Partner at VantagePoint and specializes in the Professional Services industry as well as Financial Services. Benjamin works with client teams across finance, M&A Advisory, Accounting, Strategy and Investment functions to identify new opportunities, creative solutions and actionable strategies.

Before joining VantagePoint, Benjamin started working in Tokyo as a business consultant for the French Trade Commission at the French Embassy, supporting French companies to identify business opportunities in Japan. Benjamin was also the Senior Director leading the financial services and consulting team at Robert Half in Tokyo growing deep relationships with Big4, Banks, Securities, Insurances, Asset Management and Real Estate firms.

Benjamin graduated from business school in France and earned a Master degree and MBA in International Business and Management. During his academic time, he also spent around 3 years of university exchanges and internships in Shanghai.

Benjamin has been practicing Karate for more than 15 years and leverage his sense of discipline and commitment to support companies to identify the best talents to achieve their growth strategy, as well as professionals to reach their career goals.
