Delivery Management:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our APAC Customer Success team. In this role you will work cross functionally between our Business and Technology teams to ensure our customers are successful in their deployment of our cutting edge AI products.

In this customer facing role you will be accountable for leading product implementations in new and existing customers and act as the primary point of contact and conduit between delivery SMEs within the firm and the customer.

Job Description:

• With understanding of our product and users, translate business problem statements into BI tool and reporting requirements, and own the e2e delivery of BI projects for customer value-add (beyond data plots and dashboard-building)
• Lead, coordinate and prioritise a portfolio of BI projects with a typical length of 2-3 months and multiple stakeholders (external clients, Customer Success, Business Intelligence teams, Product Management)
• Create and maintain mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration (including making proposals for decision-making/ operations optimization), effective prioritisation, quality assurance and documentation of the work of your team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy or data project management
• Strong ‘data sense’ and quantitative skills, with focus on e2e delivery of data solutions.
• Native in Japanese is a must, fluent in English is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, cross-functional teams in various locations in APAC and Europe
• Broad experience with business intelligence space (from data science analytics to Tableau, etc.) and scripting languages (e.g. Python and SQL) is preferred
