Responsibilities:

Working in a team of 3-5 consultants you're responsible for helping clients identify existing or potential issues, improve their performance and create strategies

You will assume ownership of the project and its end products being responsible for all aspects of analysis, research, strategizing and implementation working on bespoke client solutions for our international clients.

Qualifications:

• excellent academic record, degree from a leading university
• 2+ years of business, consulting, or auditing experience in a reputable company
• proven record of high performance and outstanding achievements
• solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, accounting/auditing, project management, supply chain, etc.
• exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
• ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• native Japanese, business level English (fluent preferred)
