Strategy & Transformation Associate Director
Job Description:
- As a member of our team you will conceptualize, build and then deliver simulation-based, leadership development workshops, customized for leaders of all level of our Fortune 500 clients, and most importantly to change the mindset of leaders in the process.
- You will work with clients and focus on what is most important to them, including innovation, leadership, business acumen, and sales transformation.
- You will interview top executives and translate the information gathered into the simulation concept and workshop design.
- You will be responsible for leading and facilitating workshops in Japanese for audiences of 25+ leaders
- You will manage multiple accounts of existing clients with the goal of expanding these while simultaneously developing new business at Nikkei 225 companies.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries.
- You will partner with global colleagues on multi-national projects for some of the world’s largest and most famous companies
- As you grow in the role, you will take on the responsibilities of growing existing accounts and assisting in creating new business opportunities in Japan
- You will manage and grow the team members
Requirements:
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of English in addition to native-level Japanese
- Outstanding analytical and conceptualization skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to solve complex problems under pressure
- 10 years+ work experience, including consulting experience in the Leadership/Organizational Development industry
- Some functional and/or industry expertise
- Advanced Excel skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
