Job Description:

• As a member of our team you will conceptualize, build and then deliver simulation-based, leadership development workshops, customized for leaders of all level of our Fortune 500 clients.
• Together with your teammates, you will interview top executives and translate the information gathered into the program concept and workshop design.
• You will be responsible for leading and facilitating workshops in Japanese for audiences of 25+ leaders
• You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries
• You will partner with global colleagues on multi-national projects for some of the world’s largest and most famous companies
• As you grow in the role, you will take on the responsibilities of growing existing accounts and assisting in creating new business opportunities in Japan

Requirements:

• Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of English in addition to native-level Japanese
• Strong analytical skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to solve complex problems under pressure
• Post-undergraduate work experience, not including internships
• Advanced Excel skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A hunger to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• The ability to work as part of an integrated and diverse team
• A desire to work in a small international team
• Understanding of finance and business acumen are a plus
• Some functional and/or industry expertise is a plus
