Our client Global Approach:
We have long thought that globalization is one of the defining issues of our time.
Our response has been to transform our organization so that we keep in step with the changing needs of our clients and our people. As the most globally integrated organization in our field, we seek to develop a global mind-set in all of our people.
We have seen that a work culture committed to diversity and inclusiveness drives our ability to think globally. Our leaders are accountable for building that culture – for setting goals, developing actions and monitoring results, and engaging clients and thought leaders.
Our Culture:
We aspire to have a leading people culture everywhere in the world. Creating a culture that attracts and retains outstanding people and helps them thrive leads to better service for our clients. We are investing in three key elements of our culture that enhance what is important to our clients and our people:
Inclusiveness – Recruiting outstanding people is just the start. Inclusiveness means making sure all our people’s voices are heard and valued. This not only helps attract and retain the best people, but also it helps get better answers for our clients and our organization
Development – Our approach to development involves offering the learning, experiences and coaching all our people need to enrich their careers and deliver the best results for clients, as well as offering additional programs for current and future leaders of our organization
Engagement – We want all our people to feel enthused by their work and their colleagues and to be comfortable in an organization that gives them the flexibility to achieve their professional and personal aspirations. We engage our people in countless ways, from selecting the right people to lead major change, to taking an interest in our people as individuals, to being sure to say thank you for a job well done
About Operational Restructuring – Practice Overview:
The global markets remain volatile. Businesses across the board are facing challenges that threaten their financial and operational performance, and sometimes their viability.
Japanese businesses face the added challenge of ensuring they optimize the performance and structure of their domestic and off shore operations to enable future growth.
Our global restructuring team solves urgent and important business problems at all stages of the business lifecycle. We do this by supporting boards and executive teams, lenders or other financial stakeholders when internal or external change, profitability, and/or liquidity issues threaten the stability of a business, and particularly when a solution is required quickly.
As a global restructuring group, we provide a range of services focused on businesses experiencing mild stress to distress, but more importantly, we aim to play a central role in any situation where we are involved by bringing the breadth of Our client to the client.
The competition for similar services is broad and includes other Big 4 firms, and consulting firms such as McKinsOur client, Alix Partners, and FTI.
