Job Description:

Leading international Private Equity firm is looking for a VP/Principal for the investment team.

VP is involved in all aspects of the investment processes: deal origination, modelling, due diligence, execution, value up and exit. VP has a broad personal business network ready to facilitate potential investment opportunities and has extensive experience working with banks and deal auctions. VP helps senior members to prepare the deals for investment committee, is reposonsible for liaison with 3rd parties such as consulting firms and is capable of supervising associates.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in top global strategy consulting firms (preferably with relevant work experience such as due dil) OR 5-6 years of experience in well-established global investment banks or a combination of both;
• OR 3-4 years of experience in reputable global private equity firm (Senior Associate or VP level) with existing private equity investment track record
• Native Japanese and fluent English are essential for this role
