Prior to joining VantagePoint, Yoshi spent 30+ years working in the pharmaceutical industry, including his time as an Operating Officer at Nippon Boehringer-Ingelheim as the Head of Medical Affairs. Yoshi started his career in Takeda as a clinical scientist before moving into various international, commercial roles including marketing, business development, and licensing. Yoshi was one of the first 5 executives sent to America to set up the Takeda operations there.

Yoshi has a Master’s Degrees from Osaka University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
