Start up AI - Engagement Manager (Japan)
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Engagement Management, Japan , you will:
- Own the transition from pilot to production with specific P&C insurance customers in Japan
- Design and re-engineer specific customers' business processes to enable their adoption of AI products
- Become an expert at - and evangelist for - Tractable's technologies and the capabilities of machine learning
- Feed customer and market insights back to rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products for us to build
Requirements
- 3-7 years’ experience at Strategy, Business, or IT consultancy on execution/delivery side
- Track records in implementation/project management of IT/digital solution as a main contact person for customers
- Strong communication skills to bridge a gap between customers’ needs and internal IT/Product/Research teams’ constrains/priority
- Strong at relationship development across customer hierarchy, from C level to daily users of the product
- Native fluency in Japanese. Business-level English is required for communication with internal IT team
- Experience in client facing role with P&C insurance customers is a plus
